SL28 Wilfredo Martinez González - Typica & Bourbon · Semi-washed
Sierra Norte · 1,500m · Typica & Bourbon · Semi-washed · Medium
From El Potrero in Santiago Atitlán, deep in Oaxaca’s Sierra Norte, Wilfrido Martínez González cultivates traditional Typica and Bourbon coffee at 1,500 meters.
Wilfrido processes this harvest using a semi-washed method—stripping the cherry skin while allowing partial mucilage to dry on the bean. The technique balances raw mountain clarity with a dense, juicy body. The cup unfolds with deep notes of cacao and molasses, structured by the dark sweetness of prune and a subtle, floral lift of hibiscus and vanilla.
A clean, expressive lot that highlights the quiet craft of Santiago Atitlán's single-producer traditions.
