Shipping policy

• If you have questions or concerns about your shipment, please contact the courier service provider with the tracking number provided.
• Shipping is done Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and is dependent on courier operations for estimated arrival.

International Shipping

• International shipping takes up to 20 business days from the day of postage.
• Customs clearance times cannot be precise.
• All international orders are subject to additional VAT or customs duties; these fees and taxes vary by country. Syntrophy Coffee is not responsible for the payment of these import duties and taxes.
• Syntrophy Coffee will not be responsible for any items lost during shipping.
