Grown at an ideal elevation of 1650 meters above sea level—within the "sweet spot" range of 1500-1800 meters classifying it as Strictly High Grown (SHG)—this coffee benefits from the cool mountain climate and mineral-rich, clay-heavy soils infused with volcanic influences, fostering vibrant acidity and nuanced flavors unique to Oaxacan terroir.

Blending the traditional Criollo (Typica) variety—prized for its inherent sweetness, clean cup profile, and historical roots as one of the original Arabica strains in the Americas—with the exotic Geisha, a rare and high-elevation gem in Oaxaca known for its floral, tea-like elegance and jasmine undertones, this coffee achieves a sophisticated balance of complexity and refinement.
